Purpose of the project

Description

At present day aims of reorganization of Kazakhstan to a large international tourist centre are especially actual taking into account increasing of the tourism's capacity and providing modern standards of quality of  tourism service and requires expansion, modernization and restructure of the hotel market of country. One of the perspective approaches in this direction is making on the territory of Kazakhstan network of minor hotels, which adding large and middle hotels, will form business and tourist appeal of cities, promote the development of small-scale business, creating of the new labour places in the sphere of service, increasing of benefit in republic and local budgets.

More perspective from the investor's point of view is a hotels of the average cost level, offering wide assortment of service of international level, which obligatorily includes in it different services, including congress-services.

Minor hotels are very popular in Europe – in the large cities as in small localities. Terms of starting of the minor hotels can be significantly shorter, costs – significantly lower, than in large hotels. Building of the hotel network will serve as good impulse for attracting potential hoteliers in this sphere, who often buy prepared projects.

"Sheberler auly" with exhibition centre "Masters’ Palace»

Purpose of the project

-    rebirth and development of customs, traditions, and national traditional handy crafts of Kazakh applied and monumental -decorative art;

-    making the conditions for development of technologies and ancient masters' development of ethnological tourism.

Description

The mechanism of "Sheberler auly" activity is similar to principle of the French ecomuseums work with tradition do-it-yourself providence, husbandries and ship buildings, as complex Ot-bos (Quebec, Canada).

 On the craftsmen'  «Sheberler auly street, will be concentrated work houses of applied art master's, opened for tourists' visiting, and also souvenirs and jeweler shops, restaurants, objects of entertainment and rest, offices of tourist companies.

    It is necessary to note that all types of activity "Sheberler auly", including fabrication of the Kazakh nomads' tents, water tourism on nomads' tent, fabrication of the jewelry by the   ancient masters' technologies.

The aim of  project
